Off-Highway Vehicles in Millville

The Millville City Council is concerned about safety with off-highway vehicles (OHVs) on City streets. Please note that in Utah, everyone who operates an OHV must pass an online course and have a course completion certificate. HERE is a flyer with information on the course. In addition, all OHV operators in Millville City must either have a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit or be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
